Department of Surgery Faculty Retreat

Department of Surgery Strategic Planning Retreat The focus of this retreat includes topics chosen from the following four domains:

1. Patient Experience of Care
2. Quality/Value
3. Cost Consciousness
4. Population Health

Additionally we will focus upon Jefferson Health System integration. This is designed to be a strategic retreat to generate an action plan. We have again enlisted Ms. Barbara Eiser as the facilitator to assist with this strategic planning exercise.
