The Faculty Development Sessions is a departmental program initiated during the 2015 Department of Surgery Retreat to promote career development and mentoring for all faculty members. Much work has gone into building this program under the leadership of Alliric Willis, MD

The sessions will focus on the topics of career development, education, and research. These topics are also relevant to our residents, who will soon become faculty members themselves.
