Abstract
Overall Goals and Objectives:
1. To understand the link between corticosteroid responsiveness and psychosocial stress.
2. To investigate the effects of stress on the pulmonary innate immune function during airway inflammation.
3. To understand the role of the surfactant protein D in regulating immune function in airway inflammation.
