Abstract
Sexual and Gender Minorities have an extensive history of health disparities. Improving access to primary care for this group is the first step to mitigating these disparities. This project utilizes a deep literary review to reveal the current state of sexual and gender minority health, as well as healthcare needs of this group. A clear path to improving access to primary care emerges, focusing on education, ensuring a welcoming environment, and using technology to remove access barriers. The end result is an easy-to-implement map to improving access, and a toolkit to make this actionable for clinics, practices, and health systems.
