The Jefferson School of Population Health held their annual Summer Seminar on Thursday, July 22nd. This year's program, entitled Health Reform! What's Next?, focused on impending changes in health care now that Health Reform legislation has passed.

There is a staggering amount to be done in order to address the priorities of wellness and prevention, increasing access to care, reducing errors, and coordinating care. The Summer Seminar provided an in-depth look at Pennsylvania's efforts to implement an accountable care model through a demonstration project on patient-centered medical homes.

The Summer Seminar is a program for affiliates of the School, with a focus on topics of special interest relevant to those who work in health policy and health care quality and safety.
