Feedback is a cornerstone of medical education, helping learners progress forward. Yet, our learners receive so little of it. These materials introduce learners to the several models of delivering feedback, and help them understand the benefits and limitations of each. Challenges in feedback delivery are discussed. This workshop was presented at the 2016 Alliance for Academic Internal Medicine Precourse “Assessment in Medical Education.”
