Dr. Simone is an Assistant Professor in the department of Radiation Oncology at Thomas Jefferson. Prior to joining the staff at Jefferson she developed preclinical models for cancer and calorie restriction at the National Cancer Institute. She is an expert in breast cancer care and an important aspect of her work is the effects of dietary interventions on breast cancer patients.
