Abstract
Overall goals and objectives:
1. Understand the basic principles of chiropractic and why patients seek chiropractic care.
2. Learn philosophical similarities and differences between the chiropractic health paradigm and Western Medicine.
3. Review the current evidence base for chiropractic treatment of particular problems and conditions.
4. Discuss current and future research initiatives.

Tedd Koren, DC is a leader in chiropractic patient education. He has developed numerous educational pamphlets and other materials that have been used by chiropractors throughout the country. Dr. Koren also is the developer of Koren Specific Technique (KST) - a procedure used by chiropractors, dentists, osteopaths, medical doctors, naturopaths and other healers to locate and address areas of stress/disturbance.He has taught his unique methods and approach in the U.S., Canada and Europe.
