Learning Objectives

• Define fertility awareness based methods
• Review the biomarkers of the female cycle that women can learn to chart to monitor her health and fertility
• Provide a basic overview of how these methods can be used to help women and families avoid or achieve pregnancy
• Review how these methods can aid in diagnosing common female health problems
