Abstract

Objectives

• Review current state of preventive medicine in the US
• Summarize general recommendations regarding screening tests in the older adult
• Recognize the controversial data surrounding specific guidelines
• Develop a framework for addressing preventive topics with your patients during office visits (healthy older adult vs frail adult)
