Abstract
PICO: Which interventions within the scope of OT practice facilitate a transition from high school to long term employment among individuals with CP?
Objectives:
- Discuss the need for effective transition programs to support sutdents with CP moving from school to long term employment
- Compare types of transition programs for students with CP that are transitioning from high school to employment
- Understand the clinical implications of at least two employment barriers and/or supports for individuals with CP and application into practice.
