Objectives
- Describe how chronic pain in aging adults can affect intimacy and sexual health through physical limitations, reduced sexual desire, fatigue, psychological and emotional factors
- Discuss the effectiveness of intervention within the scope of occupational therapy for supporting intimacy and sexual health in aging adults with chronic pain
- Be able to apply evidence-based occupational therapy interventions that promote intimacy and sexual health in your practice
