Description
Dr. Jon Gleason provides an update on where we are with the OnPoint Program. This program allows all of us to participate in providing continuous improvements to our care in areas of safety, quality and experience. This video highlights a few of the following areas of the program:
• The importance of leveraging data through our OnPoint Insights dashboards which highlight performance, metrics, and outcomes
• Our focus on human factors engineering to drive individual performance, team performance, accountability, and culture as ways to improve safety
• Our commitment to building systems accounting for human capabilities/limitations, reducing risk in our environment, so all can speak up without fear
• Providing confidential support to employees following a distressing patient-related event through the Resilience In Stressful Events (RISE) Program
