Abstract
Introduction Statement:
Prior to the work outlined here, Jefferson Medical Group's local scheduling controls led to inconsistent scheduling rules, inefficient staffing models, and a less than desirable patient experience. Fueled by the conversion to Epic in late 2016, JMG has been on a journey to improve access through technology enablers that have fostered significant growth for the organization while simultaneously improving the experiences of our patients, providers, and staff.
