Objectives:

1. To review the patient safety indicators for postoperative complications
2. To assess Risk Assessment Tools for postoperative complications
3. To identify plans for managing patients

At the conclusion of the presentation the participant will be able to:

1. Know the Patient Safety Indicators
2. Use the Specific Risk Assessment tool
3. Implement a plan of management based on the patient's risk
