Abstract
Objectives
Surprisingly, the mechanisms of fibronectin assembly remain largely unknown. This project aims to elucidate the process by which fibronectin assembles through fluorescent labeling. Fluorescent tags allow for the visualization of fibronectin to clarify how this extracellular matrix protein may influence migration and signaling.
