Abstract
Study of the horrors of the Holocaust is especially important for medicine since Nazi physicians provided "scientific" legitimization and manpower to the Third Reich's programs of euthanasia, sterilization and extermination.
These points will be discussed in this presentation by Dr. Salvatore Mangione with introductory remarks by Hon. Andrea Canepari, Consul General of Italy in Philadelphia and Mark L. Tykocinski, MD, Provost, Thomas Jefferson University and Dean, Sidney Kimmel Medical College.
Presentation: 1 hour 24 minutes
