Objectives
- Review the pathophysiology and diagnostic criteria of obstructive sleep apnea (OSA)
- Discuss the impact of OSA on mood disorders
- Review non-surgical management of OSA, including positive airway pressure therapy, oral appliance therapy, positional therapy, and weight management (including GLP-1-based therapies
- Review hypoglossal nerve stimulation (HGNS) as a treatment for OSA
- Review pharmacologic therapy for the management of OSA
