Primary Objective & Outcome Measures

Objective: Identify standard of care for post-operative subacute to chronic subdural hematomas (cSDH) that undergo burr hole evacuation

Primary outcomes:

  • Rate of SDH recurrence requiring re-evacuation or MMA embolization

Secondary outcomes:

  • LOS
  • Readmission for a medical problem related to chronic subdural evacuation
