Abstract
Thoracolumbar spine trauma represents a complex and evolving field within spinal surgery, with a continuous shift in treatment paradigms as research refines optimal approaches for specific patient populations. This special issue, with contributions from 20 peer-reviewed articles, brings together recent advancements in thoracolumbar trauma care, offering insight into improved diagnostic protocols, emerging surgical techniques, patient-centred outcomes, and the integration of new technologies.
