Meaningful engagement with diverse cultures fosters empathy, self awareness, and nuanced communication that is essential for providing competent patientcentered care. The inclusion of an Academic Support team in nursing education is essential for nursing student success and for creating inclusive learning environments, particularly for students from diverse backgrounds.
