Objectives

• Describe the need for and current state of screening for health-related social needs (HRSNs) at Jefferson - Center City.
• Review the collaboration between our Hospital Medicine division and SKMC's Clinical Experience program.
• Discuss results from the intervention. Consider future directions for this work.
