Dr. Westgate is the founder and director of the AHEAD program at utilizes a multi-disciplinary team focused on the management of familial and hereditary cancer risk for patients and their families. She has a Master’s Degree in Public Health from Tulane University, where her focus was on program management and maternal and child health, and is board certified in obstetrics and gynecology.

Dr. Skoufalos is the Associate Dean for Strategic Development and Director of the Doctor of Health Sciences in Population Health program at JCPH. She facilitates strategic external partnerships and collaborative initiatives, as well as leading the team that implements the college’s professional development and consulting activities. Dr. Skoufalos serves as the co-chair of the Steering Committee for Jefferson Continuing Professional Development and is a member of the Enterprise Innovation Evaluation Committee. She is also a co-editor of Health Care Quality: The Clinicians Primer and Population Health: Creating a Culture of Wellness.
