Elizabeth Mackenzie is a Lecturer in the Health and Societies Program at the University of Pennsylvania, and a Fellow of the Center for Spirituality and the Mind. She is the author of Healing the Social Body: a Holistic Approach to Public Health Policy (1988), and the co-editor of Complementary and Alternative Medicine for Older Adults (2006), a collection of articles on holistic approaches to healthy aging.
