Overall Goals and Objectives
Following this activity, a participant should be able to:
- Review the concept of guided imagery, the neurophysiological processes involved, and its indications.
- Be able to identify the types of interventions possible through guided imagery and their application.
- Become acquainted with the concept of Lucid Dreaming, and Dream Yoga, and their clinical and psychological implications
