Dr. Staid is a specialist in Nutrition and Integrative Functional Medicine. She has expertise on whole food diets, targeted nutrient repletion, gut and hormonal re-balancing regimens. She is Board Certified in both Internal Medicine and Integrative Medicine and is the Lead Physician for the Executive Health Program at the Marcus Institute of Integrative Health in Villanova.
