Description

1914 graduate of the first postgraduate program at Jefferson Medical College. Dr. Bergheim was the first recipient of a Jefferson Ph.D. The postgraduate program was suspended in 1922 and revived in 1949. Dr. Bergheim also served as Associate Professor of Chemistry at Jefferson Medical College.
