Professor of Medicine, Jefferson Medical College, 1917-1935. Caption reads, "Ramsay MacDonald and his daughter photographed with the Philadelphia doctors who attended Mr. MacDonald during an illness several years ago. Standing at the left of the picture is Dr. Thomas McCrae who has been in charge of the recent edition of Sir William Osler's famous book, 'THe Principles and Practice of Medicine.'
