Description

1917 graduate of Jefferson Medical College. Dean, Jefferson Medical College, 1941-1950. In 1926 Dr. Perkins went to Siam (now Thailand) as Professor of Medicine at Chulalangkarna University, Bangkok. At the same time he was physician to the Siamese Government and in 1930 received the Order of the White Elephant from the King of Siam.
