Objectives

1. Review salient background & history for effective IUD counseling
2. Examine barriers to IUD access and ways to minimize them
3. Discuss guidelines to mange IUD-placement associated pain
4. Increase confidence and comfort level of PCPs to incorporate IUDs into primary care
