Abstract

Objectives

• Explain the impact of the substance use crisis on both individual health and population health in Philadelphia and nationwide.
• Describe the development of the Jefferson Addiction Multidisciplinary Consult (JAMS) and Bridge Program as an innovative response to the crisis.
• Begin a discussion of a vision for the future.
