Abstract

Goals of JeffBeWell

• Expand and enhance Jefferson's Primary Care Integrated Behavioral Health Program (PCIBH) by enhancing integrated behavioral health and education for pharmacy, primary care (FM, IM-PC, Nursing) residents, med students
• Enhance health professional and student education and training and increase primary care team capacity to provide substance use screening and treatment, including MAT (MOUD)
• Create a Jefferson Health Primary Care Wellness Council, which will asses needs, implement, and assess effectiveness of evidence-based programs that promote wellness for primary care trainees, providers, and practice teams across Jefferson Health
