Objectives:

Develop a brief understanding of the history of Medicaid in the United States

Review the ways in which previous coverage options differ from both Healthy PA and the proposed Medicaid expansion options

Understand how "traditional" Medicaid expansion simplifies and streamlines coverage options

Examine how these changes may impact individuals enrolling/enrolled in Medicare
