PICO Question
What community-based interventions within the scope of occupational therapy practice are effective for promoting competitive employment acquisition and maintenance for adults with mental health diagnoses?
Objectives
- Recognize OT role in remediation of employment disparities in adults with mental health diagnoses
- Describe effective interventions to promote participation in work for adults with mental health diagnoses
- Incorporate evidence-based interventions supporting employment for adults with mental health diagnoses within own practice
