Abstract
We present a case of Pembrolizumab-associated ophthalmoplegia in a patient with HNSCC who previously developed an immune checkpoint inhibitor associated hepatitis. Immune checkpoint inhibitor– associated ocular toxicities are rare, occurring in approximately <1% to 1.1% of treated patients.1,2 This case highlights the diagnostic challenges of neuroophthalmic immune-related adverse events and the importance of prompt evaluation and immunosuppressive therapy.
