As we write this Letter from the Editors, we are acutely aware that we are in a very different place than ever before. We know that this semester has been exceptionally challenging with the rapid transition to working, teaching and providing critical care in different formats and adapted settings to do our part to prevent the spread of a global pandemic, unprecidented in our lifetimes.
