Michael Cline, MD, has joined the Division of Acute Care Surgery. Dr. Cline is a graduate of the Lewis Katz School of Medicine at Temple University and the general surgery residency at Temple University Hospital. He then went on to complete a surgical critical care fellowship at Thomas Jefferson University Hospital. He is double board-certified in Surgery and Surgical Critical Care and cares for patients at Thomas Jefferson University Hospital and Jefferson Torresdale Hospital.
James Guarrera, MD, FACS, has joined the Division of Transplant Surgery as the Nicoletti Family Professor of Transplantation Surgery and Executive Director of the Jefferson Transplant Institute. Dr. Guarrera is a graduate of Mount Sinai School of Medicine and the general surgery residency at Columbia University Medical Center. He then went on to complete a fellowship at NewYork-Presbyterian University Hospital of Columbia and Cornell. He is board certified in Surgery and cares for patients at Thomas Jefferson University Hospital.
Grace Lee-Riddle, MD, MSME, FACS, has joined the Division of Transplant Surgery. Dr. Lee-Riddle is a graduate of the University of Chicago Pritzker School of Medicine. She completed a general surgery residency and a fellowship in advanced biomedical ethics at the University of Pennsylvania. She then went on to complete a fellowship in multi-organ transplantation and hepatobiliary surgery at NewYork-Presbyterian Hospital of Columbia and Cornell. She is board certified in Surgery and cares for patients at Thomas Jefferson University Hospital.
Lia Michos, MD, has joined the Division of Acute Care Surgery. Dr. Michos is a graduate of Drexel University College of Medicine and the general surgery residency at Lankenau Medical Center. She then completed a surgical critical care fellowship at Thomas Jefferson University Hospital. She is double board-certified in Surgery and Surgery Critical Care and cares for patients at Thomas Jefferson University Hospital.
