Mr. Marshall Schwartz - O'Brien and Ryan

Mr. Schwartz has extensive experience in all aspects of litigation including mediation, arbitration and trial. Additionally, Mr. Schwartz has experience in mass tort litigation. Currently, he is trial counsel in medical malpractice, nursing home, and commercial matters. He has presented lectures to medical students on various aspects of medical malpractice. He has been named consistently to Pennsylvania Super Layers since 2005.

Mr. Pitt concentrates his practice on the defense of healthcare providers in medical malpractice cases. For over twenty years, he has defended hospitals, physicians, dentists, nurses and nurse practitioners throughout the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. Michael has litigated over sixty cases to verdict in both State and Federal Courts. Mr Pitt lectures annually to healthcare providers regarding issues surrounding risk management and litigation tactics. He has been named consistently to Pennsylvania Super Layers since 2009.
