Abstract

Learning Objectives

• Understand the impact that bias incidents can have on trainees, institutional culture, and patient care
• Recognize the types of bias and mistreatment that may occur in clinical settings
• Describe the ERASE framework for recognizing and addressing bias incidents
• Explain how a roleplay-based learning module can prepare clinicians to recognize and address bias in real-time
