Aims:

1. Assess the individual associations of Black, White, and Asian race and neighborhood SES on HNC mortality
2. Analyze and assess for a moderating relationship between race and socioeconomic status in HNC mortality
3. Investigate a disparity in receipt of surgical treatment by race and socioeconomic status
