"What is the evidence in support of coaching's effects on neuroplasticity?"

Relatively "new" concept, current lack of evidence

• Sought out related interventions as a way to connect coaching to neuroplasticity
• End goal: How is neuroplasticity defined? How is neuroplasticity measured? What areas of the brain are affected? Is the change significant?
