Abstract

This portfolio presentation explores the evolution of Health Data use at three levels. The first level showcases traditional analytics tools using Dashboard, Analysis, and Reporting methodology to create a community hospital's line-of-sight. As data gets managed and linked together, a picture emerges for leaders that can help them drill down into improvement opportunities. The second level of use is advanced analytics using statistical techniques to help leaders create insights from data. We will analyze a real-world COVID-19 results dataset and gather insights. Finally, we will discuss Health Data's future with a real-world use case of Artificial Intelligence (AI) in primary care and ophthalmology.
