This is a group project by the students in the spring 2021 PBH 550 Clinical Care & Public Health course. The course invited community members to discuss their journey with the social determinants of health. The social determinants of health are the conditions in the environments in which people live, learn, work and play that affect health risks and outcomes. The goal of the presentation is to share the personal narratives of people in our community.
