This Report resulted from a project completed by students in the Doctor of Management in Strategic Leadership Program.

Abstract

The Arlen Specter Center for Public Service was established by Philadelphia University in 2010 to serve as a library for Senator Specter’s official papers. There was no formal plan for operations.

The Center needed a Strategic/Business Plan to provide a clearer focus and an articulation of the Center’s mission, vision, goals and objectives for the next five years, with recommended deliverables and structure.
