Luke Shechtman, CSCS, is Director of the Fitness Program at Jefferson-Myrna Brind Center of Integrative Medicine. He is an expert on functional training using natural movements, and he incorporates plyometrics, core and postural stability, and specialized training equipment into his personalized fitness plans. He is the featured exercise physiologist in the popular press book, The Great Life Makeover.
