Troubleshooting Tip: When RefWorks Write-N-Cite Doesn't Show Up After Installation

Abstract
Some users of Windows 7/XP and Microsoft Office 2010 have experienced a problem with RefWorks Write-N-Cite 4 failing to install (not displaying as a tab in Word).
If this is the case, the application may be inactive on your computer. To find out for sure, go to your Add-Ins, where Write-N-Cite will be listed as an Inactive Application Add-In instead of as an Active Application Add-In (File > Options > Add-Ins).
