Abstract

Objectives

• Understand the impact of the opioid crisis on pregnant patients
• Be able to discuss the difference between methadone and buprenorphine
• Be able to counsel patients about MAT in pregnancy and implications on newborns
• Give a framework for how MAT in pregnancy could be implemented in JFMA
