Introduction
Acute pancreatitis is diagnosed by clinical history and physicalexamination with concurrent elevations in serum amylase andlipase levels; occasionally radiographic findings are of furtherassistance. We report a case of radiographically proven acutepancreatitis with normal serum amylase and lipase levels.
