Experimental Goals:

1. Establish knockout protocol for sirtuin genes in HUMAN adipose derived stem cells (ASC).

2. Evaluate the genotypic and phenotypic changes caused by this knockout

3. Explore potential therapeutic applications of knockout in regenerative medicine and reconstructive surgery
