Abstract
The transformation of health care requires commitment to a common vision of what it can be, and a steadfast belief that lasting improvement in quality and patient safety can be achieved. There are still may obstacle to overcome and lessons to share. As a vehicle for communicating lessons learned and best practices, Prescriptions for Excellence is one way in which Lilly can help move this transformation forward.
